It seems that your OS settings are not correct. In the German version of OOo there is a hint: "Sie müssen das System so einstellen, dass beim Verschieben von Fenstern nicht nur der Außenrahmen, sondern der gesamte Fensterinhalt angezeigt wird". I can not find it in my English versions, it should be like: "You must select your OS-preferences so, that complete contents of windows (and not only frame) will be shown while moving window."
