OK, first I have to correct myself. Even though dmake usually doesn't care
for " quoting the >= and <= operators do. Quotes are removed and the strings
are fed into atoi(). This can lead to interesting effects, i.e. "9xx" <= 99
is true. I'll create a follow-up issue for the crash fix and add some coments
to the man page about the >= and <= handling.
