Actually this is not a database of mine, but one shared by a member of the users group (thanks to him for that). I cannot send my database because a matter of privacy, but I observed tha same problem with any HSQLDB I used, when both Win98SE and JRE 1.05.06 are installed. As I already wrote, replacing JRE 1.05.06 with JRE 1.05.02 release, all works fine.
