Perhaps it has to do with a corrupt package registry -- got corrupted with earlier version, and corruption is now hosing the m168 versions that ericb and I are using. I guess the only way to test this is to move my ~/Library/Application Support/OpenOffice 2.0 folder aside, and start with a clean slate.
