------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon May 15 05:31:02 -0700 2006 ------- Sun's build-environment does not use configure so the variable NO_BRP_STALE_LINK_ERROR was reintroduced to the spec-files in sysui/desktop/<ditribution>/*spec (see issue 46226) wich makes the variable in the environment file obsolete and useless. Furthermore it is not declared in the constant-section, but has a hardcoded value among the other ones (and it is not documented why that environment variable is set/what it does) The line was introduced with issue 52532 as a cleaner solution for issue 46226.
