------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue May 16 02:31:33 -0700 2006 ------- Hi, importing a UTF-8 encoded CSV file as the one that is attached to this issue does not work at first. The text is usually correctly determined to be Unicode, still it gets displayed as glibberish. Only when clicking on "Unicode UTF-8" from the pull-down menu again to explicitly tell OOo to import as UTF will the text be displayed correctly. Running OOo 2.0.1-5 dated 2nd of March, 23:02:40 UTC on Debian testing.
