Hi,

I saw your example and i did (in calc ooo 2.0.2):
select range of cells
goto: Format > Cells > Borders > Style (choose inner-line style)
then: under the Line arrangement choose the fourth (4th) square (set outher
border and inner lines) and press ok.
then again goto: Format > Cells > Borders > Style (choose outher-line style)
then: under the Line arrangement choose the fifth (5th) square (set outher
border without changing inner lines) and press ok.

I think this solves your problem
