Automated test case:
/qa/qatesttool/calc/level1/inc/c_102_.inc::tEditHeaderAndFooter
Manual test case:
- New Spreadsheet
- write something a cell
- Save spreadsheet as e.g. tHeaderAndFooter.ods
- Edit / HeaderS and FooterS
- Click on 'Left Area'
- Under 'Custom Header' click on the 'File Name'-button to
  insert the 'file name' and also 'path and file name'
- Save document
- Close document
- Load the document again
Note: The titlebar is now without extension which is correct (=> see spec:
http://specs.openoffice.org/appwide/module_name_in_caption_bar/module_name_in_caption_bar.sxw)
- Edit / Headers and Footers
BUG: The 'file name' has been changed to the title bar variation which is not
expected here.
Note: May be the regression came in with the title bar change but it is a
regression to 7PP5/1.1.5.
