------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue May 23 00:14:12 -0700 2006 ------- I have been working on a 140+ page document with 200+ endnotes and numerous cross-references to them (thesis with bibliography...). After passing some point in document complexity saving the document and later opening it with "Automatic update fields" turned on started causing the cross-references to contain random numbers (they USED TO WORK OK earlier, with multiple saves up to that point). Turning off the automatic field updating removed the problem, but the corrupted X-references remained and had to be re-inserted manually. My suggestion is that this effect is related to fairly long endnote list generation (over 1 minute) and the referenced endnotes not having yet been generated when a field (X-ref) is to be updated... I have the document that causes this error, can send it to a developer on request, but I am unable to post it to the Web. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
