It removes the unused .rgb stuff and cleans up the gengal wrapper script (removes JAVA settting, OPENOFFICE_MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME, and SAL_ANTIALIAS_DISABLE stuff). genbal.bin works even without the wrapper in a normal environment. I kept it because gengal.bin did not work when solver/*/lib was in LD_LIBRARY_PATH. I think, it would break also when the program dir from another OOo installation is in LD_LIBRARY_PATH. The new cleaned up version of the wrapper was inspired by the wrapper setofficelang. What do you think?
