Support should have a kind of warning system for mailinglist-failures (e.g. hoourly automatic mail to an unofficial list) 2.) It should be written down, that on the occurence of mail-failures the projectlead-list has to be notified immdiaetely. If these points are clear and ok for everybody, this issue can be closed.
