In my comments, I didn't mean that OO.o should do same as Excel. The reason of my regarding the issue as defect is that _drag fill pattern in OO.o is incorrect_. With non-merged cell, dates or integers are increased as use expected. However, with merged cell, the pattern is out of expectation as you see in the attached picture. And, I believe the original description reflects this point well, so I duplicated the description in the new issue. My apologies if it disturbs you. I am looking forward to hear from you.
