2006 -------
After I open or generate new spreadsheet in Calc, OO, and then save it in XML
format, and close the file, then after opening it again it stays as read-only.
It also becomes blocked to editing or deletion from other programs.
To reproduce:
1. Run Calc (OpenOffice 2.0.2, Windows XP)
2. Open a new spreadsheet in Calc.
3. Optional: (write anything. Can be also left blank)
4. Save file in Microsoft Excel 2003 XML (.xml) format
5. Close it from the menu
6. Open it again right away.
7. If it is not read only - close it again
8. Open it again right away. It should be now in read only mode.
9. Trying to modify it from OO and other programs will fail and show Read-Only
mode.
