I checked with "2.0.2 German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9011)]" and can not
confirm that problem.

If you see it "readonly" in other programs it seems to be a "save as" problem?
I believe it's a problem with you OS! Does the file still remain in read only
mode after you restarted your PC?
Please attach a sample file!
