I can reproduce this, create a new rectangle and then press on rotate button.
Its not reproducable all the time.
CL->AW: Please have a look again, when it goes wrong SdrMarkView::UnmarkAllObj
is not called.
I can even see that the shape is still selected even so no handles are shown. If
I press on the rotate button a second time the handles flash visible for a short
time. There is also another strange effect. When the error is reproducable and I
click for the first time on the shape, the black rotaten handle in the center of
the shape is painted ( but not the red ones at the corners)
