In CWS locales204

svx/source/dialog/langtab.src 1.67.112.9
i18npool/source/localedata/localedata.cxx 1.40.8.5
i18npool/source/localedata/data/Attic/ky_KG.xml 1.1.2.1
i18npool/source/localedata/data/localedata_others.map 1.10.10.5
i18npool/source/localedata/data/makefile.mk 1.33.10.5

Note that I changed the CurrencyID and BankSymbol from SOM to KGS, as that is
ISO 4217, and the CurrencySymbol from >сом.< respectively >с.< in the number
format codes to both >сом<, as that seems to be the official symbol used.

Btw, your diff would had completely exchanged the localedata_others.map file and
appended CarriageReturns after each line, created by some Windows editor it
seems. Just to mention, it would had broken the Unix versions.
