------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Jun 13 16:35:20 -0700 2006 ------- I recently experienced a system lockup, Calc was running in the background. After a cold rebooting, all OOo applications failed to start, instantly crashing with SIGFPE. Deleting the .openoffice.org2 directory in my home directory let me start OOo applications again, however when I tried to re-apply my configuration settings, they crashed again. With trail & error, I managed to pin-point the cause: disabling "screen font antialiasing" in the Options -> View menu caused the crash. This has worked fine prior to the system lockup. I tried de-installing and re-installing OOo2 through my package manager, but the problem still persists. I also tried installing a different locale and playing around with the screen fonts with the same result. I am aware that this is probably not a bug per se, but I would greatly appreciate it if anybody could help me locate the problem (perhaps some sort of file integrity check?). Working on any document with antialiased fonts look more than awful on my laptop's LCD. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
