To be decided if 40 bit encryption should stay there even if now is not used. only some revision of my debug comment there; - UI side code: it works according to the last screenshots I attached to this issue. UI people observations and modifications pending. If you perform a full build from this CWS, you'll end up with a functional PDF encryption, of course not QA'ed.
