As it is, using the attached document and setting the cell language to "Romanian" for all cells, the alphabetical sort doesn't work in the correct (Romanian) order. Therefore, I will mark as confirmed. I'm not sure how the sort order for these odd letters should be treated in English, but it seems like after setting language to "Romanian" the sort should work properly, but it does not. However, I don't have access to a Romanian localized version to see if that works correctly. Have you tried a Romanian localized build? To download, go to: http://ro.openoffice.org/.
