(1) There is no attachment yet.
(2) Ensure that the UI font can display the characters.
(3) My findings: I installed an English-Tigrigna Language pack that was built
internally at SUN. I found that only 2 Strings (File-Save and File-Exit) were
translated. But they were visible and looked correct. The String "Untitled1" tht
appears in the title bar showed squares wich means an encoding or font problem.
All the rest was English, I think the reason is that English is included in this
language pack, too, I can see the English" fallback" strings in the UI.
In tools-options-language settings-languages, I had to set the UI language to
"Unknown" (no entry for Tigrinya), to see those TWO translated strings. In
total, I think it is way too early to submit issues for this language.

SBA->Pavel: For your information. At this state, I think we can close it as
"invalid" because Tigrinya is not yet officcially supported.
