The translation “Tastatursymbole” is wrong. The term “control pictures” is the name of an unicode block. It contains characters for printing, if you write about non printable controls like END OF TRANSMISSION oder FORM FEED. I don't know whether a German technical term exists. In all cases I found in www, the term is untranslated.
