(By the way I found that sometimes the "anchor point function" does not work
correctly with new objects. I put that into a separate issue 43030.)
Yes these text options are a bit hard to find. One idea might be a "anchor
point" palette to be opened and used from the text toolbar. Additionally, it
should be made more clear to the user how the alignment options from the current
toolbar (left/center/right) and the "anchor point" play together. Do they
interfere or not? When to use which? (They do different things!)
