Most (all?) books do not use vertical justification in the sense of "put the
first line on the top of the page and space the differnt paragaphs so that the
last line will be at the very bottom of the page".

If you really have such a book, please name it.

What you're probably looking for ist Registerhaltigkeit (Register-true).
