if you have a document eg. test.odt ( must be saved on the file system, a
untitled document doesn't display the badness ) click on the hyperlink toolbar
icon, when the hyperlink dialog appears click on the events button ( on the
right in next to the listbox with "text" in it ) This will raise the
SfxMacroTabPage dialog. 

Note: its best if you use an existing document and the title shouldn't have the
extension of the file ( odt ) in it.

seems like this issue was fixed at some stage in svx/source/dialog/selector.cxx
( where there is very very similar cutnpaste code, I remember toc had some
reason why that was... but know I don't remember ) I changed the code in
sfx2/source/dialog/cfg.cxx to reflect the logic in selector.cxx ( which seems to
work )
