PB found out that at least in svx/common.pro/srs/dialogs.srs, for all
StringArrays, all languages other than en-US and de only contain a single
string, which then leads to the crash.
@IHI: I assume .srs is your domain; if not, please pass on. You can add this
issue to CWS warningfixes01 (to-be-resync'ed to SRC680m173 today).
