This could be done fairly easily if you use a MSG-ID of <number_of_comment>@<issue-number>.issues.<domain> The follow-up issues then would get a "In-Reply-To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>" header. You don't need to use this scheme- but it is one that is easily done.
