2006 -------
The report document is now opened in preview mode. In this mode all UI -relevant
elements such as toolbars and menus are suppressed. Unluckily also the progress
bar that gives some feedback during the relatively slow start up of the report
wizard is also hidden now, but generally this mode is more appropriate for the
configuration of the report document.
This change does not affect the formwizard, because there the progress
information is considered more important when the control arrangement is changed
on the fly by the user.
