Isn't fixed after all.
CPU used to nearly 90% while dragging.
I'll just revert to the usual solution of unchecking "Show window contents
while dragging" in the Effect tab in the "Display Properties" control panel.
Just wanted you to know this was still there. With the preceding solution,
there's no hurry.
