OOO shows Chinese as junk text on user interface thus making it difficult to work with it. I tried to change user interface font by subsituting "Andale Sans UI" to a Chinese font, after subsitution the user interface look exactly the same (bad). This is either a OOO bug or a document bug, or this is more like a document bug. I am afraid the document "http://www.openoffice.org/FAQs/fontguide.html#9"; which suggested subsitution of "Andale Sans UI" is outdated and doesn't reflect the real font used on OOO2 user interface. If this is the case please forward this problem to the document maintainer.
