Mine is 330 pages, >3MB size, with a lot of long tables, headings and bookmarks. probably all that complexity causes the delay. BTW just to compare note: The autosaving I am talking of looks same as normal saving (It says "Saving document..." and then a status bar in the status line.) But it launches automatically. (The user does not have to launch it). The document is with mru (private-do not post).
