It's the first time I heard of this possibility. Does this key combination request the web server to serve a different web page? And in Internet Explorer, which I haven't used for ages except for things like www.windowsupdate.com, *and* after clearing all temporary internet files and history, the page came up including the message. This suggests it's not a case of stale web page on disk.
