The translation is inconsistent, sometimes it is "Entwurfsansicht", sometimes "Design-Ansicht" or "Entwurfsmodus. A German description is on http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/ReviewUI_Abfrage_Entwurfsansicht I'll attache screenshots here, where you can see the places.
