the problem is that the helpid is set at the TitleBar Window and thus the
testtool delivers the KeyInput there.
A Real user input however is deleivered at the sd::toolpannel::TitledControl
Another problem is that the help will never get the proper helpid, since it only
searches the parenttree for helpids but will always miss the ID on the
childwindow.
So the Window handling the keyinput must also have the HelpID set.
