AW: This is not for MPBGO, but for pBackgroundObj whcih is used when only for
one page another background shall be used. Looked for all usages, encapsulated
all methods setting pBackgroundObj to also use
SetMergedItem(XLineStyleItem(XLINE_NONE)) at the pBackgroundObj. I am looking
for the day we will remove all the background exceptions.
