This is a simple test for equality of 2 byte arrays, I have *no* idea why I
have used
this std function :-(
Please change the function body to
return ::std::equal( rCmp1.mpnData, STATIC_TABLE_END( rCmp1.mpnData ),
rCmp2.mpnData );
