In OO.o 2.03 writer I noticed strang behaviour with input-fields not saving the
content of subsequent input-fields.

I have a template with more than one input-field, once I open it, it comes up
with the Input-field window where I fill in the information. Now I use the
OK-button or control-enter to go to the next field. I get a new window for
input-field 2, but there is no cursor in it. If I just start typing, the text
appears in the middle (vertically)of the window, and can't be positioned to top
with backspace. If I just use control-enter to go to the next input-field
nothing I typed is added in the field.

I noticed I could get 'normal' behaviour by clicking with the mouse in the
text-field, so the cursor would appear at the top of the text-field.

How to reproduce:

-New Document Ctrl-N
-insert field Ctrl-F2
-select tab 'functions'
-select 'input field'
-select 'insert', 'OK' to add a input field
-repeat last step a few times to get multiple fields
-Close
-use ctrl-shift-F9 to put something in these fields
-field1: start typing, (first one should be fine), and use ctrl-enter to go to
the next field
-field2: start typing, notice text appearing in te center, use ctrl-enter to go
to the next field, notice typed text isn't being applied
