------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Jul 13 01:55:19 -0700 2006 ------- I printed handouts (two slides per page) and I used page numbering for each of the handout pages. This means, handout page 1 shows slides 1 & 2, handout page 2 shows slides 3 & 4, handout page 3 shows slides 5 & 6, etc. I had to reprint page 9, containing slides 17 and 18.
