Error message: ./soffice *** glibc detected *** free(): invalid pointer: 0x41338c94 *** Aborted I have done a multiuser installation, which went smoothly through, and a workstation installation with just an obviously not disturbing error that may be totally unrelated with OOo: ./setup libGL error: open DRM failed (Operation not permitted) libGL error: reverting to (slow) indirect rendering This means that OOo 1.1.4 can't be used on clean Glibc 2.3.4 systems like Slackware 10.1, at the moment.
