I have seen several timeouts:
channel 40: open failed: connect failed: Connection timed out
at the same time we were communicating with other developers thus we wanted to
use CVS, but even simple
cvs up
were not able to finish. strace shows that it is waiting on select call.
Few moments after that, it is OK. Then it fails again. i tested it from two
different locations to prevent local errors.
