I realised this issue is more subtil than I though. In the screenshot, the real
names of the files are abécédé.odt and voilà.odt.

If I save a file with accented characters in the file name, I can open it back.
I a rename a file in the finder with accented characters, then I cannot reopen
it (either from the open dialog and double-clicking it). Looking for filenames
in the Terminal, I realized that OOo encode the filename 1 byte/char and Finder
encode accented characters on 2 bytes. If both versions exist (with 1 byte and 2
bytes encoding), I see the file name twice in the open dialog, but only the 1
byte version is actualy modified if I open it and save it back. As I indicated
in the original message, my filesystem is UFS. I don't have access to HFS+
filesystem this week, so I cannot verify if it is related to that.
