2006 -------
During copy & paste operation, IE sometimes exports partial image paths into
clipboard. In this case, Writer just assigns the partial path to image link and
fails to show the image.

To solve this problem, Writer needs to resolve the partial path to full path
before assigning image link.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Goto http://www.google.com.
3. Select all and copy the selection.
4. Open Writer.
5. Paste the copied web page.
6. Confirm that the image (google logo) is not shown correctly.
7. Right click on the image and choose Picture menu item.
8. Go to Picture tab.
9. Confirm that the link filename is not full path but partial path.
