------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Jul 20 03:21:01 -0700 2006 ------- In two spreadsheets, I have several times amended a cell style from the number format #,##0.000;[RED]-#,##0.000 to the format #,##0.00#;[RED]-#,##0.00# The change is effective while the spreadsheet remains open but the format has vanished completely when the spreadsheet is reopened. Thus, it is impossible to document this defect. Similar problems have been reported in the forums and I suspect other issues have been filed but my search does not reveal them. There is a standard format 0.###;[BLACK]-0.### but, when I try to amend that to show negative values in red, the selector switches to the standard format 0.000;[RED]-0.000 which does not serve the purpose, which is to show the third decimal place only if it does not equal zero. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
