to find out the right priority of an issue.

If you use the navigator you can easily jump to any heading you like. There's no
need for additional index marks. But if you really like them, you can create the
TOC from the outline only (see insert index/table dialog). 

Heading usually don't have indenting. If your document has indents they are
either set in the styles (change them in the stylist) or set at the outline
numbering (change them in tools/outline numbering)

I'm sure issue 67550 has been closed at the right time ;-)
