This happens in case this file will be loaded using the command line - using of our file- open dialog does not show this problem. I've found out, that the special xml content embed into the html file trigger this behaviour. If you remove the lines 38-52 - everything works as aspected. I don't know if such embed content is allowed inside HTML.
