Ok, I have created a 'before' and 'after' screenshot (attached), to clarify the
problem and fix. I have also created the required black / white icons for the
standard (en-US, etc.) icons. This is CVS ready and might be more appropriate in
CWS icons02 than qwizardspp4...
I will fix the icons for other locales, depending on feed-back.
