I have found a difference between the ODF specification and the implementation
in Open Office :

When we have a "Hidden or Conditional Text" in the specification, it's write
that value is "true" if the text is displayed or "none" if the text isn't 
displayed. In Open Office, these values are inverted. ("Hidden or Conditional
Text" are section 15.4.47, page 571 of the ODF specifications).
