Andreas, even re-reading what I wrote I find it hard to understand what to do
:-) anyway, you need to raise the hyperlink dialog ( not use the hyperlink
toolbar which I didn't know exisited :-) ) 

so use Insert->Hyperlink
I think I may have confused you by mentioning the hyperlink button/icon that
appears on the main toolbar ( next to the tables, its a picture of a globe on a
page ) which also will raise the dialog

when the dialog is raised in the bottom half of the dialog there is a drop down
list ( defaulted to text ) right next to that is a button, press that and you
will get a macro selector, thats the one you need :-) HTH
