------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Jul 28 07:34:39 -0700 2006 ------- Calc picks up new regional settings (like date format, decimal separator) only after Quickstarter (and other OOo apps) is shutdown. Repro steps 1. In Control Panel\Regional note date format and decimal separator. 2. Open attached "test-regional.ods" and note that data in cells A3 and A4 is formatted in accordance with Control Panel settings. 3. Close Calc and other OOo apps (but not Quickstarter). 4. In Control Panel\Regional change date format and decimal separator. 5. Open "test-regional.ods". Note difference in date format and decimal separator. 6. Close Calc, all other OOo apps and Quickstarter. 7. Open "test-regional.ods". Note that display format now matches to what is specified in step 4. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
