Seems to be some misunderstanding:
Help for that field says: "Modified: Inserts the name of the author, and the
date, or the time of the last SAVE."
So nothing is strange, as long as the document is not saved, there can not be
any contents in "Last Modified Time".
I did some further tests and did not see anything unexpected, so INVALID.
@gnubie71: Thanks for your contribution. If you believe a field with contents
"Latest Edit" (what means "latest key press" or similar), pls. create an
ENHANCEMENT request.
