cd->tm: Please verify. You can check this fix using the following scneario:
- Start Office without -headless. Kill soffice.exe process. You should see a
running soffice.bin process.
- Start Office with -headless. Kill soffice.exe process. You should see that the
soffice.bin process also vanishes from the task manager/process list.
